Tuesday and Sunday are official club sessions, just turn up and run.
Tuesday offers a choice of at least two runs of between 5 and 7 miles.
There is a rota of summer runs and a rota of winter runs.
Tuesday also offers runs of shorter distances for beginners.
Sunday runs are chosen on the day and are at least 5 miles.
Sunday runs are not suitable for beginners.
Thursday's steady runs are prearranged by members.
Thursday's track sessions are not club sessions, but an opportunity for more specific training.
The track is available for individual training or training with the Halton sports coach.
The track is well lit and supervised. It has changing rooms and toilets.
The cost for using the track is a pound per person.
